Managing Your Quarantine for Junk Mail

Quarantine Summary
Every morning around 11:00 AM, users in the Madawaska schools are sent an email message with a subject line called, "Quarantine Summary."  This message shows all of the email messages that were not sent to your Inbox because they were judged to be junk email (SPAM) on the server.

The YouTube video on the right shows how to login to your mail account's Message Center to check for undelivered or quarantined mail.

Enter your school email address and password here.
See the YouTube video on the right to see how to access the Message Center in Postini Services (a division of Google) and get the email messages that weren't SPAM delivered to your Inbox.

Deliver Messages

To deliver the messages you found in the quarantine, select the message using the checkbox on the left side of the message.  Then press the Deliver button on the far right.  The selected message will then appear in your Inbox.

Approve Senders
When you approve a message to be delivered, immediately after you press the Deliver button, you will go to a screen that tells you that the message was delivered.  It then gives you a checkbox asking if you would like to approve the sender so that the messages from that person don't get quarantined again.
